What we collect
We collect the answers you give in the assessment and the email address you enter. That's it. We do not ask for your name, your address, your phone number, or any identifying health record.
Where it is stored
Your email address and your assessment answers are stored with our email service provider (Loops), which we use to contact you about the Retaina waitlist. We also keep our own count of which steps of the assessment were completed so we can understand how the page is performing.
How we use it
We use it to email you about Retaina — when we open, what it costs, and what it includes. Nothing else.
Advertising
We use the Meta pixel and Meta's Conversions API to measure how our ads perform. When you submit your email, a one-way hashed (SHA-256) version of it may be sent to Meta so a conversion can be matched to an ad. Your assessment answers are never sent to Meta.
We never sell your data
We do not sell, rent, or trade your email address or your answers to anyone.
Deleting your data
Email privacy@retaina.co and ask us to delete your data. We will delete your email address and your assessment answers and confirm when it's done.
